Age Eligibility for Pre School:

• Less than 03 years as on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought.

Registration Procedure:

• Incomplete registration form will not be accepted.

• List of document to be enclosed with the Registration Form:

• Recent coloured passport size photograph (1 nos each) of the child Mother & Father duly pasted on the form in the space provided

• Self-attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of the Child.

• Self-attested Residence Proof and photo ID of the parent (Voter ID of the parent/Voter ID /Ration Card/Aadhar card/Passport/MTNL Telephone/Water Bill)

• Self-attested copy of Aadhar card of the child parents.

Instruction for filing up the Registration form

• Parents should read the instructions carefully before filing in the registration form to avoid rejection

• Parents should fill each & every detail carefully.

• List of document to be enclosed with the Registration Form:

• Write NA for entries which is not applicable.

• Do not leave any entry blank

• Incomplete form will not be accepted /entertained

• Ensure all the required documents are enclosed with the registration form.
